Privacy Policy
Last updated: 14 October 2026
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy is issued by Ankoay Pty Ltd (ACN 702 064 579, ABN 26 702 064 579) ("Ankoay", "we", "us" or "our"), an Australian company that designs and develops mobile games. We also trade as NoobTube Games and N3rdN3st Labs. This policy applies to our websites and to the mobile games we publish under those names.
We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
2. Information we may collect
Depending on how you use our websites and games, we may collect:
- Device identifiers, such as device model, operating system version, language settings and app instance identifiers.
- Gameplay data, such as progress, scores, settings, in-game actions and purchase history within a game.
- Analytics data, such as how often and for how long you use a game, and which features you use.
- Crash reports and diagnostics, such as error logs and performance information.
- Advertising identifiers, such as the Apple Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) or the Google Advertising ID, where a game shows advertising and where your device settings and consent allow it.
- Website usage data, such as pages viewed, referring website, browser and device type, and approximate location (country or region) derived from your IP address. We use this in aggregate form to understand how many people visit our websites and where they are from.
- Information you give us, such as your name, email address and the contents of your message when you contact us.
We do not intend to collect sensitive information (as defined in the Privacy Act) through our games.
3. How we use information
- to provide, operate and maintain our games and websites;
- to understand how our games are used and to improve them;
- to find and fix bugs, crashes and security issues;
- to show advertising, where a game includes it;
- to respond to enquiries and provide support; and
- to meet our legal obligations.
4. Third-party services
We may use third-party service providers, including analytics providers, crash-reporting providers and advertising providers. These providers may collect or receive information such as device and advertising identifiers and usage data, and they handle that information under their own privacy policies. Some providers are located outside Australia. Where we disclose personal information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient handles it consistently with the APPs, as required by APP 8.
For our websites, we use Cloudflare, Inc. for hosting and for privacy-focused web analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies and does not track individual visitors across sites. It reports aggregate usage and approximate location. Cloudflare handles information under its own privacy policy.
You can limit advertising-related tracking by changing the advertising and privacy settings on your device, such as resetting or limiting your advertising identifier.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Children's privacy
Our games are not directed at children under 13 unless a game states otherwise. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
6. Data retention
We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. When it is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to destroy it or de-identify it.
7. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights: access and correction
Under the Privacy Act, you may ask to access the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity first, and we will respond within a reasonable time.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your privacy concern, please contact us first. You may also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at www.oaic.gov.au.
